November ’17 TBR

Guys, I’m getting there! The “end” of my physical TBR is in sight! Seriously, though, there are only six books on my TBR this month. SIX. I’m hosting the re-read-a-thon this month (more on that later!), for which I’ll have a separate TBR. Other than that, I have nothing. I don’t mean I have no books! I just mean to say that once I’ve gotten through these last six books, I’ll pick up whatever I want and not have a TBR for once. I guess it’ll depend on what I manage to read during the readathon.

Here’s my October Wrap Up

Wintersong by S. Jae-Jones

When I made my Autumn TBR last month, I actually forgot Wintersong because it’s in my iBooks app, and not Kindle! This has been on my TBR for a while but it wasn’t really a priority and I decided to wait to read it until the colder season. November seems like a pretty great month to read this book, so I hope I’ll enjoy it!

The Diabolic by S.J. Kincaid

This one was never really a priority read because I got it on a whim for cheap in a garden centre. Honestly, I wasn’t all that interested in the first place, but I’d seen it around online and thought “why not?” when I got it. I kind of do want to make it a priority this month as I just want it off my TBR, really. I felt the same out the Seeker trilogy, so it might secretly be really good!

Me Before You by Jojo Moyes

Another case of “this wasn’t a priority”, it still isn’t, but I’m really close to actually reading all the unread books that I own! November could prove to be difficult with all the “leftovers” – the books I’ve not read before but will now finally get to because that’s all I have left on my shelf (and Kindle).

Forgotten Violets by Martin Niewood

I found Forgotten Violets on Netgalley and just couldn’t resist requesting it! The cover is absolutely gorgeous and the synopsis sounds pretty great too! I was really excited when I found out I got the ARC from the publisher and I can’t wait to read it.

Wolves & Roses by Christina Bauer

Oh goodness! For the longest time, I wasn’t accepted for a single ARC on Netgalley. Then I got some advice about requesting books and suddenly I find myself accepted for not one but THREE arcs. Like… that’s half ofmy TBR, you guys. And they all release within like two weeks. *freaks out!!*

The Night is Darkening Round Me by Emily Brontë

I wasn’t originally going to but this on my TBR as it’s classic poetry and I’m not sure yet if I’ll really try to read this in a month or just occasionally pick it up to read a poem. Then I realised the title book has 30 poems, so I’m just to read one every day.

I didn’t include the books I’m getting in the November Fairyloot box as I have no clue what they are! Which is a miracle, I usually know within five minutes. Oops. I do have an idea, but I’m not looking into it any further as I don’t want to know! There will be two books in the box and one of them will be an ARC, which I’m just so excited about! I’ll probably only be able to read one this month, though. By the time I’ll actually get the box, the month will be nearly over.

What’s on your November TBR?

Nice TBR, and OMG only 6 physical books on your TBR, that sounds sooo perfect, haha! I really enjoyed Me Before You (I read it many years ago, when the movie wasn’t even out yet), I am very curious about Wintersong, I heard many great things about it. In November, I really want to finish Vogelvrij (Spellslinger) and I also want to start reading The Color Purple and Wires and Nerves by Marissa Meyer.

    • Hahaha six book is perfect, right! I started out with only three (which is even crazier, ha!) but then got some ARCs. I’ll have my review of Wintersong up in December, so maybe that’ll help you decide whether or not to read it for yourself. 😉
You have some interesting books on your TBR, I hope you’ll like them! <3
