The Infernal Devices continues with it’s second book: Clockwork Prince! So far, this trilogy from the Shadowhunter Chronicles by Cassandra Clare is one of my favourites. The Infernal Devices: Clockwork Angel by Cassandra Clare

A prequel to the Mortal Instruments set in Victorian London? Yes, please! I reviewed Clockwork Angel, part on in the Infernal Devices.

I wasn’t actually planning on reading the Shadowhunter Chronicles in Cassandra Clare’s order, but my bookshop didn’t have City of Fallen Angels so I got Clockwork Angel instead! Not that I mind though, it’s a nice little break from The Mortal Instruments. I was really interested in the setting, Victorian London. I had never read anything historical like this, so it was a fun read! My review is spoiler free, as always! Read more

The Mortal Instruments: City of Glass by Cassandra Clare

City of Glass is by far the best book in the Shadowhunter Chronicles, it's one of my favourites! Read all about it in my spoiler free review.

City of Glass is the third book in the Mortal Instruments series and definitely my new favourite book. If you thought City of Bones and City of Ashes were good, just wait until you’ve read this one!  I was going to slow down reading the TMI series, but I just couldn’t wait any longer and got the book. I hope you enjoy my spoiler free review of City of Glass. Read more

The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

I recently discovered The Mortal Instruments series and decided to pick it up! City of Bones is part one in the series & I decided to review it.

A few years ago I wasn’t really into reading and I only read populair books like Twilight, The Hunger Games and Divergent. Somehow I completely missed out on The Mortal Instruments, both the book and the movie. Fortunately for me, Shadowhunters premiered on Netflix and I discovered the series. Soon after I watched the movie and pilot episode I ordered City of Bones and I read and reviewed it! Read more

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs

Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar seemed like a really good read, until I actually read it... Read all about it in my spoiler free review!

Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children is visually stunning. It looks creepy, the photos are somewhat terrifying and the story seems fantastic. Unfortunately, the story was a little disappointing compared to the outside.. You’re opinion of this book probably depends on what you expected in the first place. My review is spoiler free and I hope it helps you decided whether or not to read it. Read more

Angelfall by Susan Ee

Angelfall by Susan Ee is fantastic. It's dark and twisted and main Character Penryn is a badass! Definitely a must read if you're into Urban Fantasy.
A while ago, Angelfall by Susan Ee was recommended to me by my best friend and it’s been on my TBR list ever since. I was going through Amazon Kindle deals and found it on sale and I do not regret getting it!  It’s definitely one of the best books I’ve read so far. My review is spoiler free, so don’t worry if you haven’t read the book yet. Read more
